CreatorZip is operated and provided by Wuhan Mowan Network Technology Co., Ltd. as a local browser-based video compression tool. In these terms, “CreatorZip,” “we,” and “us” refer to that legal entity. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to process and distribute their local files.

You should keep your original video files. CreatorZip does not store your original video or compressed export for you, and browser tabs can be closed, refreshed, or interrupted.

Compression results vary depending on source video, browser support, device performance, selected preset, and file complexity. Some videos may fail to process or may export larger than the original.

Large file processing and local processing stability depend on browser memory and device performance. For larger videos, desktop browsers generally provide a more reliable experience than mobile browsers.

A CreatorZip Pro purchase grants 365 days of access from activation. It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Pro entitlements are for the purchaser's use and must not be shared, resold, automated for abuse, or used to bypass CreatorZip limits. Refunded, disputed, or charged-back access may be disabled.

Pro access is stored in the browser after checkout. Keep the Paddle or PayPal receipt. If browser storage is cleared or you change devices, support can restore the remaining access period after verifying the checkout email and provider transaction details.

CreatorZip is provided as-is. We aim to keep the service useful and responsive, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or 24/7 support.
