Checkout issue
If checkout does not open, your payment does not complete, or you are unsure which plan to choose, email us with the plan and browser you used.
License activation issue
If your license key does not activate Pro, include the plan, the email used at checkout, and any error message you see.
Compression failed or stuck
CreatorZip runs in your browser. Keep the tab open, try the Smallest file mode, and send the browser, device, file type, and file size if it still fails.
Large file failed
Very large videos depend on browser memory and device performance. Desktop Chrome or Edge usually works best for larger local files.
Refund request
For refund questions, email us with the checkout email, plan, purchase date, and a short note about what happened.
