CreatorZip is operated by CreatorZip. CreatorZip processes videos locally in your browser. Video files are not uploaded to CreatorZip servers for compression.

Your original video stays on your device while the browser compression workflow runs. CreatorZip does not store your source video or compressed export on CreatorZip servers.

CreatorZip uses a random anonymous product ID, a random visitor ID that rotates each UTC day, and a random session ID for first-party product analytics. The product and daily visitor IDs are stored in local storage; the session ID is stored in session storage. These identifiers distinguish visitors and sessions without an account.

Analytics may include the page viewed, referrer, browser user-agent, broad device category, coarse country, and compression workflow results such as selected file count, total byte size, processing outcome, output size, and saved percentage. Error reports may include a short error message and the same technical context. CreatorZip does not send the original video, compressed video, file name, or file contents as analytics data.

Payments and hosted checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may process payment details, billing information, taxes, receipts, and related checkout records under its own policies.

When you activate a Pro license, CreatorZip sends the license key you enter to the CreatorZip service so it can verify the license with Lemon Squeezy and issue a signed entitlement token for this browser.

CreatorZip should not save your license key in plain text. For security and abuse prevention, CreatorZip may store or log a license hash, activation metadata, basic request metadata, and security logs such as activation success or failure reason.

CreatorZip may use browser local storage for the anonymous product ID, daily visitor ID, app preferences, local usage state, and a signed entitlement token. Session storage is used for the session ID. Do not enter license keys or payment information anywhere except the official CreatorZip activation field and Lemon Squeezy checkout.
