CreatorZip is operated by Wuhan Mowan Network Technology Co., Ltd.. CreatorZip processes videos locally in your browser. Video files are not uploaded to CreatorZip servers for compression.

Your original video stays on your device while the browser compression workflow runs. CreatorZip does not store your source video or compressed export on CreatorZip servers.

CreatorZip uses a random anonymous product ID, a random visitor ID that rotates each UTC day, and a random session ID for first-party product analytics. The product and daily visitor IDs are stored in local storage; the session ID is stored in session storage. These identifiers distinguish visitors and sessions without an account.

Analytics may include the page viewed, referrer, browser user-agent, broad device category, coarse country, and compression workflow results such as selected file count, total byte size, processing outcome, output size, and saved percentage. Error reports may include a short error message and the same technical context. CreatorZip does not send the original video, compressed video, file name, or file contents as analytics data.

CreatorZip offers a Free plan and optional paid Pro access. Paddle is the primary checkout provider and PayPal may be offered as a fallback. Those providers process payment details, billing information, receipts, and related checkout records under their own policies.

After a verified Paddle or PayPal payment, CreatorZip may store a signed entitlement token in this browser. Server-side payment logs may include the provider, transaction ID, plan, currency, amount, status, and basic request metadata. CreatorZip does not collect card or bank credentials itself.

CreatorZip may use browser local storage for the anonymous product ID, daily visitor ID, app preferences, local usage state, and a signed entitlement token. Session storage is used for the session ID. Enter payment information only in the official Paddle or PayPal checkout opened from CreatorZip.
