Refund Policy

CreatorZip Pro purchases can receive a full refund when requested within 14 days of purchase. This window applies to every CreatorZip Pro purchase made through a supported payment provider. No explanation, usage threshold, or other qualification is required.

To request a refund, email hualunlan@gmail.com with the checkout email and Paddle transaction ID or PayPal order ID from the receipt. These details are used only to locate the purchase. If the transaction ID is unavailable, include the purchase date and plan instead.

Refunds are processed through the original payment provider: Paddle for primary checkout or PayPal when the fallback checkout was used. CreatorZip Pro is a one-time USD $15 purchase for 365 days and does not renew automatically. Provider review and banking timelines may delay when funds appear on a statement.

A full refund ends the related Pro access. Disputed or charged-back purchases may also have their access disabled. If access was disabled by mistake, contact support with the checkout email and provider transaction details.

CreatorZip runs compression locally in your browser. Large file processing depends on browser memory, device performance, file format, and source video complexity. CreatorZip does not promise that every video will compress successfully or produce a smaller output.
