Refund Policy

First-time CreatorZip Pro purchases have a 7-day refund window. To request a refund, email hualunlan@gmail.com with the checkout email, plan, purchase date, and a short note about what happened.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy where applicable. Depending on the payment method and provider review, funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Refunded, disputed, or charged-back purchases may have their related Pro license disabled. If you believe a license was disabled by mistake, contact support with your checkout email and license activation details.

CreatorZip runs compression locally in your browser. Large file processing depends on browser memory, device performance, file format, and source video complexity. CreatorZip does not promise that every video will compress successfully or produce a smaller output.
