1. Agree what the client needs to review
Confirm whether this round is about pacing, copy, captions or final image quality. A small preview may suit an edit review but be unsuitable for judging fine texture, colour or final delivery quality. Confirm the current upload limit in the actual destination rather than assuming one email or messaging limit applies everywhere.
- Keep a separate master and name the copy clearly, for example campaign-v03-review.mp4.
- Choose a delivery channel that the client permits. Local compression does not make an email attachment private once you send it.
- For sensitive work, first try a non-sensitive representative clip and confirm the intended workflow before processing client material.
2. Calculate a realistic review budget
These are planning examples using decimal MB, a 5% reserve and 128 kbps audio. They are not platform limits or measured export results. Video kbps ≈ (target MB × 0.95 × 8000 ÷ seconds) − 128.
- 30 seconds into 10 MB: about 2,405 kbps available for video.
- 60 seconds into 25 MB: about 3,039 kbps available for video.
- 120 seconds into 25 MB: about 1,455 kbps available for video; detailed screen text or fast motion may need a shorter clip or a larger budget.
3. Export from the master and check the actual file
CreatorZip Free accepts one supported file up to 250MB without an account, with Automatic, 10MB and 25MB goals. Trim the start or end of one continuous range before encoding. Exact size and playback depend on the source, settings and device, so verify the downloaded file instead of assuming the preset met the budget.
Free presets do not expose exact bitrate control. Pro adds custom targets and advanced controls, but cannot guarantee acceptable quality at every size. For a master that exceeds your device or browser limits, use a suitable desktop workflow. Do not repeatedly encode the previous preview.
- Open the downloaded MP4 on the receiving type of device when possible.
- Check the beginning, end, a motion-heavy section, small captions and speech sync.
- Confirm duration, dimensions, exact file size and that required audio is present.
- Retain the master until the client has approved the appropriate deliverable.
4. Send a versioned review request
Send through the agreed channel and state what this version is for. A simple request is: ‘Please review v03 for pacing and captions. Send changes with timestamps; this is a smaller review copy, not the final master.’ Adapt it to the actual agreement.

Does CreatorZip send the video to my client?

Can a review copy replace the final master?
Only if it meets the agreed final specification. A smaller preview may omit detail needed for final-quality review; keep the master.
What if the preview still exceeds the upload limit?
Check the actual file size, shorten the clip, try a smaller-file setting, or agree another delivery method. Do not sacrifice required captions or audio merely to fit an arbitrary budget.
